The rubber threshhold on my frameless glass shower door is leaking. When I removed it I could see that part of the rubber has worn away and needs to be replaced. We didn’t buy the house new so we don’t know the manufacturer. We live in Chicago. Any suggestions?

We bought the house with the enclosure already built in. The leak seems to be from between the glass door and the glass panel (IE, the leak is from the space between the two pieces and not from something broken on the glass or bottom.

See if you can use some Gasket material or weather stripping and run a strip down the entire length of the Panel. You may use windshield sealer/adhesive to get it to stick. Be sure to use a level and a Dry erase marker to make a line for the stripping as a guide. Use Clear or white stripping, Black would be tacky unless it matches you decor.
